Haha, did this post title worry you a bit? No, I’m not dating anyone else, and yes, we are still planning our wedding (which is in 226 days, by the way).
But, B’s birthday is today! Since we are freakishly close in age (my birthday is next week), I always joke around that for five days a year, I get to date an older man. He claims that for those five days, he is wiser than me. Yeah right.
I digress. Last year for his birthday post, I wrote this:
“Happy Birthday, Love! I can’t wait to see what this next year brings– I’m sure it will be interesting!”
I knew it would be interesting, but I had no idea that it would start with him being my boyfriend and end with him as my fiance! And to think by the time his birthday rolls around next year, I’ll be his wife.
This past year has proved very interesting, with a lot of ups and downs. Mostly ups, though. And most of those ‘ups’ are because Brian was by my side. (cue the corny “awe!”)
So, Happy Birthday, Bri. I KNOW this year will be interesting, and I can’t wait to experience every step along the way.
And for the next five days, you can pretend you are wiser than me!

haha, joey has an older woman since I am 8 days older than him. Isn't it weird that we are both so close in birthdays to our guys? Maybe it has something to do with our zodiac signs…although I'm not sure 2 pisces together is always a good thing since we are both dreamers…

I have a friend taking me out to dinner tonight, and then tomorrow morning I get to drop my dog off for a dental cleaning- Happy Birthday to me! But then B set up a lovely dinner at home with family for tomorrow night, so it should be nice 🙂
