Well, I just got back to the city and I am pretty tired, but I wanted to give a quick update. The house hunt went much better this time- from the eight houses we looked at, there were two with a lot of potential. We are even considering putting a bid in on one of them. It is a cute little two bedroom, one bath ranch. I don’t want to go into too much detail now, I will post pictures and explain more tomorrow.
Before we do anything else, our next step will be to visit another bank, preferably a smaller location. We just want to make sure that Chase is really offering the best option. We also want to compare a large lender like Chase to a smaller community bank.
